AWAKEN THE SLEEPING GIANTS is a collaboration between the Sandbox Collective from Bangalore in India and Trickster-p from Switzerland. The two-year joint research project focused on hybridity in art practice, inspired by the coexistence of different species and the relationship between humans and non-humans. The project began online in the digital space and continued in 2022 with a workshop for artists from different disciplines in Lugano. Further workshops followed in 2023 in Kamshet (Maharashtra) and at the Bangalore International Centre.
