The work of Trickster-p, Cristina Galbiati from Milan and Ilija Luginbühl from Schiers, is characterized by a special theatrical language that combines different disciplines. This creates completely new formats that focus on the experience of the individual viewer. In the past, the artist duo's work often put theater in dialogue with visual art. This created a spatial connection that created a play between scenography and architecture.

The new installation BOOK IS A BOOK IS A BOOK expands this level and draws on the world of text, graphics and literature to explore the subject of the book as a means of expression. The book, designed and printed specifically for the new production, itself represents a physical space that the audience can explore individually, with the help of headphones: the book space.

Over the years, Trickster-p has developed a very unique artistic style that has received international attention and for whose innovative approach the two theater artists received the Swiss Theater Prize in 2017.
